The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient.

The room smelled, the beds were totally not comfortable, it had an old wall heater that made a lot of noise.

It was OK for what we needed but the smell of the room didn't smell clean although it appeared to be clean. Didn't sleep well due to the bed being so hard and uncomfortable and the heater being so noisy. Just needed a place to sleep for one night and it served the purpose. ...read more

Good location and great rooms for travelers.

There was harden snot on the bed cover and cost more than I would like.

This is a great hotel to stay if you are passing through and would like to spend time in Lassen National Park.
